Processing/Shipping Policy


Processing is the amount of time allotted to create and complete your order. Orders will be processed between 2-10 business days. Once orders are complete, they will be shipped out. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping will vary based on the method selected at check out. 


Once your package has been shipped, Dream Pressed is not responsible for any lost, theft, late, or damaged products in transit. Please contact the mail carrier for dispute.



 

Return/Exchange Policy


We do not offer returns or exchanges due to health and sanitary reasons. Exceptions are made for incorrect, defective, or damaged products. Dream Pressed offers a 72 hour return policy. You may request a return within 72 hours from the date your order is received. To be eligible for return, proof of purchase is needed, item(s) must be unworn and/or unused, and with the original packaging. 


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if the item(s) are incorrect, defective, or damaged. 


Request a return by contacting us at orders@dreampressed.com. If return is approved, Dream Pressed will send you further instructions through email to complete your return. Products sent back without return approval will not be accepted.

All sales are final due to health and sanitary reasons. No refunds or cancellations. Exceptions made for incorrect items received, defective, or damaged products. Please note refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
